Responsibilities:

Skills:

  • All activities from hiring to reliving or rejoining of employee.
  • Create and Update database with prospect leads/employees and allied stakeholders.
  • Sourcing the required candidates, Screen Profiles of candidates and contributing in the process of recruiting and onboarding the qualified candidates.
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as required.
  • Be in a regular touch base with team mates at Ulticus India.
  • Get involved in curation, review and implementation of company policies.
  • Participate in organizing company events, careers day and allied HR Activities.
  • Coordinating orientation and team building events.
  • Reporting to your team lead / manager on a timely basis.
